Termination and Modification

You agree that Print1040EZ, in its sole discretion, may terminate your account (or any part thereof) or use of the Print1040EZ Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Print1040EZ Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if Print1040EZ believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms of Service. Further, you agree that Print1040EZ shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Print1040EZ Service. Governing Law and Other Miscellaneous Terms

Unless expressly stated to the contrary elsewhere, all legal issues arising from or related to the use of the Print1040EZ Service shall be construed in accordance with, and all questions with respect thereto shall be determined by, the laws of the state of New York applicable to contracts entered into and wholly to be performed within said state. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the Print1040EZ Service shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Westchester, New York and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into in any state or federal court in New York having jurisdiction thereof. Any party seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief may do so in any state or federal court in New York having jurisdiction thereof. The state and federal courts of New York shall be the exclusive forum and venue to resolve disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between you and Print1040EZ relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified by you except in writing, signed by both parties. The Terms of Service will inure to the benefit of Print1040EZ's successors, assigns and licensees.

Print1040EZ respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Print1040EZ may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
